Cancellation Conditions

It is always annoying when something comes up before for a long awaited holiday, and you cannot make the trip. Its a shame also for other guests who would have liked to have come, but an apartment was not available.

If you cancel up to 1 month before arrival: no cancellation fee. We will send you the deposit back or credit you for a later stay.

Cancellation from 30 to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.

Cancellations made between 7 and 5 day before the arrival will be charged 80% of the total amount.

In case of no-show or early departure, we reserve the right to charge the full price.
